Q: My order seems to have melted during shipping. Can I get a refund, or what should I do?
A: Because of the properties of our all-natural products, they may melt during shipping (specifically the butters, bath melts, and lip balms). If this happens, simply place in a cool, dark area and they will firm up again. The butters and bath melts might not look the same as their original incarnations, but they will still provide great benefits to your skin. Please note we unfortunately do not offer refunds on melted products.
Q: My product doesn't weigh as much as it should. What gives?
A: Depending on the product, the size quoted could be by weight or volume. For example, a bar of soap is by weight, while body butters are by volume.

Payment Terms
We use PayPal as our preferred payment method of choice. Please be aware that you do not have to create a PayPal account to use this service. It simply acts as a merchant account for us and allows our customers to use all brands of debit or credit card providers.
Coupons/Vouchers
Only one used per order. Must use up to the value of the voucher in one order. Does not include shipping charges.
